Our History
Camp Calvary, a ministry of Calvary Temple International, began in 1992 as the need arose for year-round care for children of our former school Calvary Christian Academy/Happy Day Learning Center. The Nursery-K program servicing parents throughout the school year is currently known as Calvary Learning Center. Camp Calvary extends care to all children throughout the summer entering nursery – 9th grade. Our former Camp Directors Pastor Matthew Battista and Pastor Holly Battista lead Camp Calvary for 12 years and are currently the Lead Pastors of Calvary Temple International.
Janirys Rose serves as one of our Camp Directors, overseeing programming for infants through pre-K. Our current director, Denisse Orta, oversees Camp Calvary for children in kindergarten through 9th grade. They work collaboratively to ensure every child has a positive and enriching camp experience. Camp Calvary is a diverse community that continues to be a valuable resource for the town of Wayne and the surrounding communities.

If you have more questions and would like to tour of our facilities, schedule a time to come in and our Camp Staff will love to meet you and show you around.

When you are ready to sign up your child(ren), you can register here to secure your spot. Registration is a one time, non-refundable, non-transferable fee per camper.

Pay Weekly Tuition
Parents have the option of choosing week to week which days their child will attend Monday through Friday. A choice of two, three, four or five days are available in Full or Extended days. All payments are due weekly and must be turned in on the Monday of the week prior to your child’s attendance. Payments can be made through your Parent Dashboard once you are registered.
